Ingredients

  • 500 gr Deboned Pork Neck
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • ½ tsp Coarse Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Med Onion

Instructions

  • Cut pork into cubes of approximately 1 x 1inch (2.5cm x 2.5cm)
  • Slice onion into onion rings
  • In a bowl combine mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper together.
  • Add pork to the bowl and coat well with the mixture. Add onion rings and mix well so that pork and onion rings are all coated with the mayonnaise mixture.
  • Cover the bowl and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Remove onion rings from the bowl and layer the bottom of your air fryer with the onion.
  • Now layer the pork over the onion rings
  • Cook in your air fryer at 200°C (397°F) for 10 minutes
  • Turn pork cubes and cook for a further 10 minutes at 200°C
