Instructions
Add all dough ingredients to a dough mixer and knead for 4 to 5 minutes on a medium speed until the dough is uniform.
Cover and allow to rise for 60 minutes.
Knead the dough slightly and then plait the dough.
Allow to proof for a further 60 minutes.
Eggwash with the Egg and milk mixture
Bake at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
