An easy to make tuna mayonnaise salad or sandwich filler.

tin (170gr)
Tuna

Hard-boiled eggs

Onion

Mayonnaise

Instructions
Peel the shell off the eggs and chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
Combine the tuna (drain the liquid first) and the egg and mix together.
Add finely chopped onion and mix well
Add the pinch of salt (some may like a little cayenne pepper or paprika as well)
Add the mayonnaise and mix well.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley (decoration only)

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
The tuna salad will usually stay fresh for at least 2 days in the fridge so it is handy to keep and use for snacks or sandwiches as required.
