My favorite type of cooking – creating my very own chili sauce. I am a chili addict and everything I eat from breakfast through to dinner, is usually accompanied by a healthy serving of chili.
There are many types of chili sauces that you can make at home. This one is a vinegar-based medium-to-hot sauce that is easy to vary according to your own taste. This sauce is great for adding to cooking, as a marinade and chip dip when combined with mayonnaise, as well as together with any melted cheeses or carb meals. In short, I always have some available and ready in my refrigerator.
