Ingredients
- 1½ cups Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Fine salt
- 1¼ cups Buttermilk
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 lrg Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence

Instructions
- Place all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine together.
- Add wet ingredients and mix well
- Cook in waffle iron until the waffle is a light golden brown
- Serve with ice cream and syrup or honey or the topping of your choice.

Waffles are a favorite that can be enjoyed with afternoon tea or can be served as a dessert.
Tip – These waffles freeze well for up to 1 month. Take out of the freezer, thaw, and crisp up in a toaster when required.
