You may find that it is better to double the recipe and bake two loaves at a time. This bread does not normally last for longer than an hour or so after it comes out of the oven as my family usually devours it like a pack of hungry wolves. A second loaf ensures that there is at least some left for later.

Some people simply do not have the time to mix the dough, allow to proof, knead, allow to proof, etc. For busy people like yourself, there is a solution. You can purchase an automatic bread maker that does it all for you.

Automatic bread makers allow you to add the required ingredients, set the timer, and then the bread maker does the rest for you.
