Breakfast Muffin Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 ml Milk
- 250 gr Flour
- Bacon Diced
- 100 gr Cheese
- 70 gr Butter
- 2 Lrg Eggs
- Salt
- 2 tsp B/Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Italian Spices
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Strips of bacon rolled for the top of each muffin.

Instructions
- Add crushed clove of garlic to the melted butter and add the italian spices.
- In a small mixing bowl scramble the 2 eggs. Add milk and mix in. Add the melted butter mixture and mix well.
- Mix the dry powder ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix well
- Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix well.
- Add the diced bacon and the cheese.
- Scoop into muffin pan
- Roll the strips of bacon and press into the top of each muffin leaving ½ exposed.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the size and depth of your muffin pan. Deeper muffins take longer.
- Enjoy with tea or coffee in the mornings.
