Spicy Beef Strips
Ingredients
- 250 gr Beef strips
- 1 Med Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Masala Powder Curry Powder
- ½ cup Water

Instructions
- Slice onion and fry until translucent.
- Add the beef strips and lightly fry until the meat is browned. Add salt and pepper to your taste
- Add 2 cloves of garlic minced or finely chopped.
- Add the 2 tsp of Masala. (I use 1 tsp of wet masala and 1 tsp of dry masala).
- Add 1 tsp of tomato paste and the water
- Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
